Haven't determined if its a weather related issue. Sometimes when cold, or sometimes when its wet.....never when the engine is 'hot. Ok here's what happens: (its a '90 2+2 n/a) I turn the key, and it sounds like it wants to start but just won't 'fire' up. I don't press the gas when this happens. I'll try once more without touching the pedal and still no go. It always sounds like it wants to, but it just won't turn over. So, I then embarassingly ( a trick told by a CAA worker) keep the key turned and press the pedal to floor. As it sounds like its catching I let up on the pedal and give it gas. After at least a minute of constant cranking, it'll turn over. Huge plumes of smoke come out the exhaust (assuming for using the gas pedal) and if she runs for a couple of minutes I can turn it off, and restart it no problems. Tried new spark plugs, injector cleaner, etc. I really want to fix the things on her by myself, so if anyone has any suggestions, I would more than greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time, (i'll keep searching in the meantime, as she's being stored for the winter, and I want her in top condition for the summer)Sincerely, j hart
